I am a Licensed Environmental Professional (LEP) located in the Hartford, CT Region. I have been an environmental consultant for over 20 years with extensive experience in the acquisition, assessment, remediation, and redevelopment of environmentally impacted properties. As a specialist on transactional matters I have assisted a number of buyers and sellers through the due diligence process on both straightforward and complex real estate deals.
In conjunction with my knowledge of real estate transactions, I also possess extensive experience within the energy sector particularly dealing with solar, petroleum and natural gas.
